There was three certain days for going with the thread to the weaver and those days were, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. In some parts of the parish they would bring the thread to the weaver every third week. The articles that were woven out of this thread were better and warmer than any other kind. The weaving machine was in a little house for itself with a man standing at the door to recieve those that came with the flax. Then they would go into the house give their name to another man.
