  1. The following are some of the pisreoga observed in this locality.
    Pisreoga connected with churning.
    There is an old saying, that when a person is churning it is not right to put out ashes, or to go out with a lighted coal. It is also said, that if a stanger comes into the house, while the churning is going on it is not lucky to let the person out without taking the churn-dash, for a minute or two. Other people say that it is right to put a coal, and a grain of salt, under the churn while the churning is going on.
    If these pisreoga are not observed, it is said there will be no butter in the milk.
