    Long ago the people used make bread with wheaten flour and oat meal. They used bring their oats to the mill to be ground and some of the people do so yet. They used make boxty and potato cakes for Christmas. The old people used bake the bread on a griddle by a fire. They used make the sign of the cross on the top
