  1. Lissanisky
On this great Island of Cobh we have a town land which is called Lissanisky. It got its name because within its boundry there are two lioses. It is a round shape and hollow in the centre, inside there are steps leading to lower cells. It is a quarter of an hours walk from the Old Church. Around each lios is water. These lioses were supposed to be the homes of warriors who lived in Ireland long ago. It is situated on the South of the great Island.
