  2. A long time ago a man who was working in Carrigoran got drowned one evening when he was coming home from work. He was skating across Lough Gash lake and the ice broke. He was discovered some time after. His name was Patrick Keogh, Newmarket-on-Fergus.
    Two other men got drowned there
