- There was once a woman who had a public house. She was serving two men with drinks. Before serving them the drink she made a bet with one of the men. She said she would give him a drink if he went to the Cemetery and bring her up the skull of a dead man. Of course, the woman thought he would not have the nerve to do so. The man went down to the Cemetery and got the skull and the skull said "That's me". Then he brought up the skull to the woman. Now,(continues on next page)
