Marriage Customs.
A month before a marriage took place long ago, there was a party given by the bride's mother is was called the "Plucking of the Gander"Every person who came was supposed to bring some kind of delph and give it to the intended bride and every person who came and every person who attended this party was supposed to come to the party given on the wedding day without getting a second invitation .
