    Some say it is the variagated air,
    But there are reasons greater far
    Has God not formed a purpose there.
    2. Why do the tides roll in and out
    Upon the rolling main
    They say the moon has charge of that,
    The human voice again.
    3. Why do lillies bloom so fair,
    Upon the fertile mead,
    And fall away with Winter's blast,
    And leaves not but the seed.
