- (continued from previous page)when the girl goes out to find them they try to get into the den. If any of them is caught the last one to be caught is the seeker. If nobody is caught the game goes on until some-body is caught
- The girls stand along the wall and another girl gives them a colour each. She is called "the colour man". You get two stones, and hammer them together and the colour man says Who's there? "Hawk" . What for? Colours". What colour? and the "Hawk" says "Some colour". If none of the children have it the colour man says "Gone to the market and if she gives a colour and a girl has it she says "Not gone to(continues on next page)
