  1. There is a rock on Gartenane which used to belong to the Young family.
    They are all dead now It is said that Mr Young had men setting potatoes in it. When they were shovelling the potatoes they found a pot of gold.
    They hid the gold till they would be done shovelling and when they went to look for it they could not get it. They did not know where
