  2. There is not any tailor in our district but there are two or three in the town of Ballyjamesduff. They work in their homes and do not travel from house to house as in former years.
    They do not stock cloth. Cloth is not spun or woven in our district this sixty years. Very little of the clothing worn now is of Irish manufacture. The types of cloth now used are mostly serges and light tweed.
