  1. In this part of the country it is customery for people to dream of hidden treasures.
    About a mile from Ballinagh in the townland of Coolnacarrig there is a treasure, Charley McGahern was a very wealthy man and when he was dying his relations fought for his money so he ordered for it to be buiread at a bridge which afterwards was called Charley's bridge or the hidden treasure bridge.
    Outside the town of Mullagh in the Co Cavan where some member of a family dreamt of a pot of gold under a great stone
