  1. Long ago, there were no lamps. The people used burn rush candles. The rush candles were rushes that were dipped in grease and hung up to dry.
    The people made their own shapes long ago. They used bring iron to the forge and the blacksmith made the iron "head". The people made the handle and used put wooden "steps" on the spades.
