    Lizzie Swords from Fahy has the power to cure burns. She makes ointment from a flower called marshmallows and other herbs. If the herbs are wet she cannot make the ointment.
    There are many ways of curing warts.
    Nearly every person has a different manner of doing so. One wart is to rub a piece of wet washing-soda to them.
    Another wart is to rub straw to each wart and then bury the straws and when they rot the warts will fall off.
    People don't make those cures nowadays as there are many doctors about the place.
