The most common weeds are stutch, yellow-bottom, Rag-weed, lambs quarter, shu, nettles. Clubban and "Peaiseoc".
The worst of all is yellow bottom. It first is a very small seed and it blooms in August. When the blossom is withered it blows off in seeds. After a few years it poisons the crops so that they cannot grow Some people had to burn their crops and they were left very poor.Name: H. Leech, Urrin Lodge,
