  1. Leo Casey was a great Irish poet. He lived in Ballymahon. His father was a schoolteacher in Gurteen. Leo was an assistent teacher in Kenagh school for a short time. He wrote poems every where he visited. He joined the Fenians.
    When he was getting off a tram in Dublin he got a fall from which he died. Every where he went he gave his name for John Kegan Casey.
