  1. In the famine times I was a little girl working around in the houses. I remember people were dying every day and people could'ent keep them buried. The dead were even buried in fields. I remember the people came to Mostown mill to the mín buidhe. They were in crowds pushing to get to the mill. I remember seeing the people a quarter of a mile long on the Avenue.
Old Mrs. Clyne who died three years ago told this. she did not know her age but she thought she was 105.
