  1. I have a churn at home. The churn is two feet high. The top and bottom are one and a half feet wide. The sides are round. The churn is seven year's old. The various parts are called the das the paddler. There are iron hoops to keep the churn together.
    The butter is made once a week in Summer but we do no churning in the Winter.
    My mother does the churning. Strangers who come in during churning help at work because it was custom long ago for any one who would come in to the dairy where churning was going on to take the dash. The churning
