    For years after the people of Lynn were afraid to go out after dark. They said Rochford's ghost was outside.
    One night Fr. Cantwell was drving home from a sick call. He was a brother of Sr. phillomena Cantwell who was a nun in Presentation Convent, Mullingar. Fr. Cantwell settled Rochford between the frath and water of Lynn Lake until judgement day.
