  1. On inquiring from an old man in Lackabrack I have been told that there is gold hidden under a flat stone in the back haggard of Michael Clifford (John). It is not known by whom it was placed there. Attempts have been made to unearth it by two men and a woman.
    This is how they found out that gold was hidden in their haggard. One evening a little man came to their door and told them there was gold
