    All the people under sixty years of age and over twenty one years are bound to fast during Lent. All the Wednesdays of Lent are fast days. The Fridays are days of fast and abstinence. Saturdays are fast days during Lent. You're only allowed 2 ounces of bread for your breakfast and in the evening you are allowed 4 ounces for your supper.
