    The potato cakes is made from boiled pealed potatoes, they are broked up into pulp with a little flour added and a little salt, and some butter.
    All are mixed together and when baked, it is generally used hot.
    Oaten-meal bread is made from the hard grain. It is baked in a griddle, and is very sustaining and very nurishing.
