    The following stories were told by Eilleen Cróínín 30 years ago.

    Two miles S in Carriggannish was found great number of gold and bronze treasure probably 80 years ago. Also nearby was found this water trough exhibited at Cork University.
    Malachy Duggan the informer died at Carrigannish.
