    In my home which is situated in the townland of Greenfield, parish of Kanturk, barony of Duhallow, County Cork we have a churn; but we do not use it at the present time.
    When making the butter a little drop of water is first put into the churn; and then the cream is put in. The cream is churned by a long stick with a
