  1. Paddy the Irish man was walking down the road one day and he lost a halfpenny and he could not find the halfpenny as it was dark. So he went into a shop to buy a penny candle to look for the half penny.

  2. Paddy the Irishman and Paddy the Englishman went into a hotel one day. When they got the tea the English man said "Now Paddy you be mother and pour out the tea." When they were finished Paddy the Irishman said "Now you be father and pay"
