    Ans: A head of cabbage.
    2) Although its black its much admired, man and horse it often tires, gold and silver it has cost, now its gone to dust at last. Ans: Turf

    4) I washed my face in water that never rained nor ran. I dried my face in a towel that was never woven nor spun. Ans: I washed my face in the dew and dried it in the sun.
    5) Hairy in and hairy out, hairy into Marys mouth. Ans: A woman putting on a stocking
