But the boys that gave their history Orange, White and Green
Are the boys that died in Dublin in 1916. Some of them came from Kerry and some from County Clare;
From Dublin, Wicklow, Donegal and some from old Kildare
Some came from a land beyond the sea, from Boston and New York
Who helpe to lick the Balck and tans
