Pat Roddy owned a number of cows. They were grazing at the far end of his land. At that time he kept a servant girl and she used to go for the cows every morning at six o'clock. One morning she went for the cows and she saw a woman going from cow to cow with a noggin (a small wooden vessel) and milked all the cows. When the girl saw the woman she was very puzzled.
