    Remedy - The old remedy is _
    Give half a pound of Common Salt - dsisolved in about quart of Hot water.
    As the Stomach is now very weak care must be take with the food. Give to all boiled oat meal Gruel, eggs, milk and even stout are recommended.
    Dry Murrain _ Give animal two to three lbs Butter_Melted or solid.
    This nourishes as well as being a Laxative.
    II. RED WATER.
    Give animal ball of Blue in 1 pt. Buttermilk
