From Sheffield Cross to Ballynockan, there are now four houses, but years ago there were about forty houses, and it called "Tapist Tatter Street" for it was a street of houses and a man named Kissan evicted all the people out of their homes and built a wall all around his land with the stones with which were built their houses. This all went well for a time but he was cursed by the families evicted. After this he became notorious and everything went against him and all his cattle died and
