    Gnats
    When Gnats are seen to hover in swarms under trees the next day is nearly sure to be fine.
    Gulls
    Gulls always go inland whenever bad weather is on the way, even in summer time.
    Peacock
    The Peacock is a well-known weather prophet, for its screech is heard whenever bad weather is approaching.
    Pigs
    Pigs are very curious weather prophets. Before rough wind they carry sticks and straw to their beds, and before fine weather breaks they are apt to become very restless.
