  2. Local Roads
    One of the local roads is Pluckerstown road which leads from Allen to Rathangan and which is a long time made. Another local road is Grangehiggin road which leads from Allen to Naas, no one that I know has any idea as to when it was made. There is also a byway the people used before the roads were made called Bergin's Boreen. [Te] There are heaps of stones along that road and big tall trees.
