    are chieftains. Before starch came out the people made starch out of potatoes. Starch is made this way:-
    Get a large potato and cut it in halves. Scoop out the middle of the potato with a knife into a mug. (One potatoe would make a mug of starch). Then cold water is put on this and leave for a while. Then strain it and boil for a few minutes.
