    shape of a candle and when they were lighted, they burned like candles. When these were made a good many were stored up for use in the Winter.
    There was a house in the townland of Coolfitch about one hundrend years ago in which buttons were made, about mile outside Celbridge. It has been repaired since and a man named [Bobbert] lives in it at present. This factory was owned by a man named Dillon. This man did not employ many men. All trace of this factor is disappeared and none of the machinery is to be found in the locality. A man named William Dunn gave me two of these buttons.
