  1. There is a rath near my house and it is the townsland of Balleen, Freshford, Co Kilkenny. It is a round rath with bushes growing all around it. It is facing a rath in Lodge-Park, Freshford, Co Kilkenny. It is said that one night long ago there was music heard in it. There is a lane going into it. There is a big stone in this rath and it is said that if you moved the stone at night it would be back in the same place in the morning. This rath was never ploughed. The rath in Lodge-Park is surrounded by hazel trees and other kinds of trees.
