  1. I learned a number of prayers at school, and I have read some in books, but I have also learned a number at home. here are a few of them:-
    There are four corners on my bed,
    There are four Angels at my head, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. God bless the bed which I lay on. When I lay down my head to sleep, I give my soul to God to keep. If any danger happens me, Almighty God shall waken me.
    Oh, My God I thank thee for all Thy graces, Thou, Oh Lord, enable me, In all my temptations, dangers and afflictions.
    Oh, my Savior I love thee entirely from my heart. When I am sick I will ask,
