    and afterwards being woven and dyed were made into clothes by our tailors & dressmakers. The wool from the sheeps back was spun & woven into cloth which sheltered the people from the cold & stormy periods of weather & it also kept the necessary warmth in our bodies for existence. Some sixty years ago the olds people of this county were a very plain people but very industrious and enerjetic people. They were a self respecting & self supporting people, not the same as what we have today.
