    got its name from a man who used to be hunting after rabbits & no matter when you would look out you would see him in the field After he died the field bore his name There is a meadow near my home which is called 'long meadow' It found it's name from the man that cut it In the olden times the people cut their meadows with hooks and they would be a long time cutting them This man was cutting with a hook and when he had his day's work done he thought he should have it nearly finished He looked down at the meadow & he said to himself "Long meadow long meadow" never got the end of long meadow"
    Not far from my home there is a meadow & it is called the river
