    Then they would place the web on the cut, and then tie a rag or a band on the cut.
    When they got a large thorn stuck in very far in their flesh. They used to mix flour and oil in a paist, and then place a good deal on top of the thorn hole and tie something round it They used to leave this paist on for twelve hours and then the thorn would be out or if it was not out they would burse it out.
