    When St Patrick was in Sligo he met some fishermen by the Sligo river.
    St Patrick told the fishermen to cast the nets for him into the river. They said salmon are not caught in this river in winter, but when you told us we will cast the net into the river. They cast their nets, they caught great salmon and they gave them to St Patrick.
    St Patrick blessed the Sligo river and the Sligo river is called the milch-cow of the river of Ireland.For in it fish is caught to this day.
