    Now an old barn about 400 yds to the East of this school on the Dunmore Road.
    Description of the old school
    thatched Roof -stone wall and about 34 ! x 12! x 8!
    One door, two windows,
    Four stools for seats
    Pupils brought turf for fire daily
    Paid the teacher - "Patrick Godfrey"
    who walked to and from Dunmore morning and evening about 1/6 or so every quarter.
