    an end and to this day it is called the "Gamblers Road."
    Bosnagcath: It is said that at the dark hours of the morning a man was passing through this place when a large squad of cats almost knocked him off his horse.
    Boherduff: This is also a by-road namely because this is a very dark and lonely village that surrounds it.
    Mannagh Boreen: This boreen leads from Clostoken church to the public road.
    Botar Buide: A boreen above Boreen Lacain and it is so called because the clay is yellow. It leads to the bog and people go there for turf.
    Botar Lios na Gcath: A boreen above Botar Buide and there is a Lios beside it and that is how it got its name.
