   There was a water dog followed a man from Dull loc this man was from the Desertigney parish. This man was hurding sheep near to the loc. This water dog was walking along the banks of the loc and he saw this man and he stung him and he died in the four hours.

   In olden times there used to be a serpant in the plantin river near Keelogs[?] District Buncrana. The serpant lived under the bridge of the plantin river and it never came out until two o clock in the morning. There was a man one time and when he was coming home he saw the serpant out in the middle of the road. There is a serpant in Ballynarry Hill. This hill is near Keelogs District. The serpant that is in ballynarry hill lives
