  1. When our lord, and Saint Joseph, and the Blessed Virgin were going along the road towards Egypt, there was a man sowing corn in a field. Not long after, the soldiers came along the road looking for them. The soldiers asked the man did he see the Holy Family on that road and he said that they went passed when he was sowing the corn. The soldiers looked and saw that the field of corn was ripe and ready to be cut. They turned back and thought they were going in the wrong direction.
    One day the Holy Family were going to a holy well at Bethlehem. It was a stormy night and they could get no shelter. There was a big tree near to them and it opened into a grand room, and they went into it till the storm was over. Then the tree changed back to its real shape
