    There was a man and a girl to be married in Glenswilly. The man went to Scotland to earn money, and he was to return again to marry the girl.

    the man came home to marry her, and found she was dead. He did not know what to do with himself, he became a terrible drinker.
    One night he came home late, and having taken his supper he was taking off his shoes, when a knock came to the door.
    He said, "come in," but there was no answer, but another knock. The man got angry and went to the door and ordered whoever it was to either "come in" or "go about his business". The only answer was three very sharp loud knocks.
    He opened the door and saw the girls ghost standing. He asked her what she wanted, and she said that she lost her way
