    continued for a week after the Pattern Day.
    The late Parish Priest revived the Pattern which is now celebrated in a religious manner.
    Sore eyes, headaches, etc. are cured there. People in small numbers do the Rounds there and bring home bottles of water from the well.
    N.B.
    Several holy wells are said to have been round this district.
    Coins and medals, pins etc. are generally thrown into these wells.
