  1. Long ago three giants live in Creevagh, whose names were Lyll, Fionn, and Cónan. The fame of those spread far and wide, and another giants called Srón Fhada heard about the Creevagh giants and he said he would come to fight them.
    The Creevagh giants heard this and knew they were not able to fight him.
    The youngest giant went to bed and the other two went up to Machaire an Truim loughing.
    When Srón fhada came there, nobody was in the house but the mother, and he asked where were the giants and she said they were gone hunting and that it would be night when they would return.
