    Old remains
    There is an old cross in Cloongashel wood.
    The name of the man that was killed is Swift. He was killed by the English.
    It is a wooden cross that is over him it is almost broken down now. There is a barbed wire around the grave.
    He was shot from the castle nearby.
    There is also an old stone near Bloomfield. It is said that a man was killed there long ago and that his name was Brother Dan. The stone is called Brother Dan's Stone. There is a cross drawn on it.
