    day. Browne asked him was he willing to ask pardon, taking his gun which was laid on the table beside him.
    Prendergast then drew a revolver out of his pocket and asked Browne was he willing to forgive him or if not he would shoot him dead.
    Browne then withdrew and promised to forgive him. He told him that he was a soldier and a hero. He then ordered the soldiers to give him his liberty.
