  1. I heard a very interesting tale from my father. My father heard it from the man to whom it happened. He was Martin Dolan of Briarfield, a young farmer who was married. The incident took place in the autumn of 1936.
    One night as Martin Dolan was going home from visiting he saw standing by an old uninhabited house the form of a man. it was tall and wore a big black coat. The man told him to stop which he did.
